4 tomatoes

4 green onions

1/2 green peppers

2 carrots

2 stalks of celery

Handful of cilantro

handful of parsley

2 lemons

You can add ginger of garlic for an even bigger taste
Juice until smooth, to desire

Tomatoes contain an antioxidant called lycopene. According to different research studies, people who eat many tomatoes have a decreased risk of developing certain cancers like stomach, prostate and lung cancer. Lycopene also helps decrease risks of heart disease, macular degenerative disease, and lowers inflammation throughout the body.
Other foods that are rich in lycopene include guava, watermelon, papaya, pink grapefruit and apricots.
