BEET, APPLE &MINT JUICE
(Homeopathic Vegan Drinks)
1 sm. beet, chopped
5 carrot, chopped
1 apple, cored, and chopped
¼c. Fresh mint springs
Press beet, carrots, apple, and mint springs through a juice extractor. Stir and serve immediately.
CANTALOUPE & GINGER JUICE
2 inch piece ginger
Wash the rind of the melon (to remove bacteria). Cut cantaloupe in half and remove seeds.
Cut off the rind if it is conventional, if it is organic, you may leave the rind on (cutting the rind off increases the sweet taste. Cut into juice-hopper sized slices. Juice 1 to 2 inch piece of ginger; start with less and add more to taste.
Note: A one-cup serving of cantaloupe provides your daily requirement of Vitamins A &C, which are both excellent free-radical scavengers and collagen-promoters. Cantaloupe is also rich in Vitamin K, Omega-3 &-6 fatty acids, Potassium, Folate, Magnesium, B6, Niacin (B3), Thiamine (B1), and the anti-oxidant powerhouse, Superoxide Dismutase (SOD).
FRESH PAPAYA JUICE
1 whole papaya Juice and enjoy!
Slice papaya into chunks and Remove the skin and seeds. Tip: Stick your papaya in the fridge before juicing so that your juice will come out cold.
