Everyday is Mothers Day Gift Ideas: Frizz Free Curls Blueberry Collection

I hope you all enjoyed your  weekend? Well, it’s time to get back to business, because the new week in about to commence and the hair edges must be laid so you can get paid!!!! Honestly, we’ve talked about skincare and makeup in my Everyday is Mothers Day Gift Ideas series, so let’s discuss something different, like Curls for instance. Yep, were talking about hair!!!!! If you watch Fox’s daytime talk show “The REAL”, you would have seen the Curls products on display and this product line is the main topic for this article.

Here is the official Curls video featuring the Founder of Curls showing their new Blueberry Bliss Collection on “The REAL”:

Here is my review for the New “Curls Blueberry Bliss Collection”:

Blueberry Bliss CURL Control Paste:

The edge control paste honestly lives up to it’s name. The thick clear blueberry infused scented paste glides easily and let’s just say no lose hairs will be left standing. I like to think of myself as a hair product sampler, so on my sampling journey, I have tried many products including edge control pastes, but none of them could tame my 4a  edges. Let’s be real naturalistas! Natural Hair is no joke, so finding a product that works for a specific use is comforting.

If you rock several hair styles including crochet, weave, braids, or natural hair then this edge control has your back. P.S. You will hear my convo regarding the edge paste in the review video below!

TIP – Use on wet hair for a soft hold or on dry hold for a strong hold.

Blueberry Bliss Reparative Leave In Conditioner:

At last the Blueberry Bliss Reparative Leave In Conditioner, this should be your go to hair softening product the will allow you to rock a curly-fro while still protecting your hair from the humidity. P.S. Just so you know, the Blueberry fragrant is not too offensive, so you don’t have to worry about smelling a strong odor. In my video review, you will be seeing me use the Leave in to moisturize my hair.

Benefits of Blueberries:

Proanthocyanidins, the plant chemical found in blueberries, interacts with hair follicles to accelerate growth and slow down hair graying and loss.

Blueberries, rich in vitamin C and B complex are good for increasing hair growth by improving oxygenation and circulation of blood in the body, particularly the scalp.

Prevents hair breakage, too little Vitamin C your diet can lead to hair breakage
